ABOUT ALPISTE

Alpiste is more commonly known as Canary seed, a nod to the crop's origin in the Canary Islands. This tiny, versatile grain can be used in baking, snacks, soups, salads and dishes that call for quinoa.

NUTRITION

Alpiste's high protein content (21%), coupled with its rich micronutrient composition make it a great functional food ingredient to boost the nutrition of existing and new recipes.

FOR MANUFACTURERS
